Nexvarn(이하 "본 게임")은 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 게임 서비스 운영에 필요한 최소한의 정보만을 수집합니다. 본 방침은 수집 항목, 이용 목적, 공유, 보관 및 삭제에 대해 설명합니다.

1수집하는 정보
본 게임은 다음의 정보를 수집합니다.
계정 식별자
- 게스트 계정의 경우, 기기에서 생성되는 UUID(고유 식별자)
- Google 계정으로 로그인하는 경우, 이용자의 Google 계정 ID 및 이메일 주소
이용자 콘텐츠
게임플레이 데이터
- 캐릭터 이름, 레벨, 진행 상황, 인벤토리, 게임 내 위치
선택형 보상 광고 데이터(Android/iOS)
- 이용자가 보상 광고를 선택하면 Google Mobile Ads SDK가 IP 주소(대략적인 지역 추정), 광고 또는 기기·앱 식별자, 광고 상호작용, 진단·성능 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 실제 처리는 동의 선택과 기기 설정에 따라 달라집니다.
- 중복 보상 및 부정 이용 방지를 위해 본 게임 서버는 내부 계정 번호, 일회용 보상 토큰, AdMob 거래 ID, 광고 단위, 보상 수량 및 UTC 처리 시각을 기록합니다. 이름이나 이메일은 광고 검증 값으로 전송하지 않습니다.
본 게임은 정밀 위치 정보, 연락처 또는 사진을 수집하지 않습니다. 광고는 Android/iOS에서 이용자가 직접 선택하는 보상형 광고에 한정되며, Windows/macOS에서는 제공되지 않습니다.
2정보의 이용 목적
수집된 정보는 오직 게임 서비스를 운영하고 제공하기 위한 목적으로만 이용됩니다.
- 인증 — 계정 확인 및 로그인
- 진행 저장 — 캐릭터와 게임 진행 상황의 저장 및 동기화
- 채팅 — 이용자 간 소통 기능 제공
- 운영 및 관리(모더레이션) — 부정 이용 방지 및 건전한 이용 환경 유지
- 보상형 광고 — 광고 표시, 동의 관리, 일일 참여 횟수·중복 거래 검증 및 다이아 보상 지급
3정보의 공유
본 게임은 이용자의 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며, 다음의 경우를 제외하고 제3자와 공유하지 않습니다. 공유는 서비스 운영에 반드시 필요한 인프라 제공업체에 한정됩니다.

- 클라우드 호스팅 제공업체 — 서버 및 데이터 저장을 위한 목적
4보안
이용자의 정보는 암호화된 연결(HTTPS/TLS)을 통해 전송됩니다. 당사는 개인정보를 보호하기 위해 합리적인 기술적·관리적 조치를 취합니다.
5보관 및 삭제
마지막 로그인 후 90일 동안 접속하지 않은 계정은 계정 식별자와 캐릭터·게임 진행 데이터를 복구할 수 없도록 영구 삭제합니다. 삭제 후 연동했던 이메일·Google·Apple 계정 또는 같은 기기로 다시 접속하더라도 기존 계정은 복구되지 않으며 새로운 계정이 생성됩니다.
이용자는 언제든지 게임 내 설정 → 계정 삭제에서 계정과 데이터를 직접 삭제할 수 있으며, 확인하는 즉시 삭제가 실행됩니다. 자세한 내용과 항목별 보관 기간은 계정 및 데이터 삭제 안내를 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.
계정 삭제 시 다이아 지갑, 일일 광고 참여 기록, 일회용 보상 토큰 및 AdMob 거래 ID도 함께 삭제됩니다. Google이 자체적으로 처리하는 광고 데이터의 보관은 Google 정책의 적용을 받습니다.
결제·거래 기록 등 관련 법령에 따라 보관 의무가 있는 기록은 이용자를 식별할 수 있는 정보를 모두 제거한 상태로 해당 기간 동안만 보관 후 자동 삭제됩니다.
6아동의 개인정보
본 게임은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
7방침의 변경
본 방침은 필요에 따라 개정될 수 있으며, 상단의 시행일은 최신 버전을 반영합니다.

Nexvarn ("the Game") respects your privacy and collects only the minimum information needed to operate the game service. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how it is shared, retained, and deleted.
1Information We Collect
Account identifier
- For guest accounts, a device-generated UUID.
- If you sign in with Google, your Google account ID and email address.
User content
Gameplay data
- Character name, level, progress, inventory, and in-game position.
Optional rewarded-ad data (Android/iOS)
- When you choose to watch a rewarded ad, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may process IP address (to estimate general location), advertising or device/app identifiers, ad interactions, and diagnostic/performance data. Actual processing depends on your consent choices and device settings.
- To prevent duplicate rewards and abuse, our server records an internal account number, one-time reward token, AdMob transaction ID, ad unit, reward amount, and UTC processing time. We do not send your name or email as ad-verification data.
We do not collect precise location, contacts, or photos. Ads are limited to rewarded ads you explicitly choose on Android/iOS and are not offered on Windows/macOS.
2How We Use It
Your information is used solely to operate and provide the game service:
- Authentication — verifying your account and signing you in.
- Saving progress — storing and syncing your character and game state.
- Chat — enabling communication between players.
- Moderation — preventing abuse and maintaining a healthy environment.
- Rewarded ads — showing ads, managing consent, enforcing the daily limit, de-duplicating transactions, and crediting diamond rewards.
3Sharing
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except infrastructure providers strictly needed to run the service:
- Google Sign-In — for account authentication.
- Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and User Messaging Platform — to provide user-initiated rewarded ads, manage consent, measure ad performance, and prevent abuse. See the Google Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare — for network delivery and security.
- Cloud hosting providers — for servers and data storage.
4Security
Your information is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.
5Data Retention & Deletion
An account that has not signed in for 90 days after its last login is permanently deleted together with its identifiers, characters and gameplay progress, and cannot be recovered. Signing in again with a previously linked email, Google or Apple account, or from the same device creates a new account rather than restoring the deleted one.
You can delete your account and its data yourself at any time from Settings → Delete account inside the game; deletion runs the moment you confirm. See Account & Data Deletion for the details and per-item retention periods.
Deleting your account also deletes its diamond wallet, daily ad-participation records, one-time reward tokens, and AdMob transaction IDs. Advertising data processed independently by Google is retained under Google's policies.
Records we are legally required to keep, such as payment and transaction records, are retained only for the required period and only after every detail that identifies you has been stripped from them, then deleted automatically.
6Children
The Game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
7Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
