계정 및 데이터 삭제

Account & Data Deletion · Nexvarn (개발자: Nexvarn / mobidns)
게임 안에서 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.
게임 실행 → 설정 → 계정 삭제 → 확인.
확인하는 즉시 삭제가 실행되며, 별도의 신청이나 승인 절차는 없습니다.

삭제 방법

  1. Nexvarn을 실행하고 게임에 접속합니다.
  2. 설정을 엽니다.
  3. 계정 삭제를 누릅니다. (탈퇴 사유 입력은 선택 사항입니다.)
  4. 안내를 확인하고 계정 삭제를 한 번 더 누르면 그 자리에서 삭제되고 로그인 화면으로 돌아갑니다.

기기를 분실하는 등의 이유로 게임에 접속할 수 없다면 [email protected]으로 문의해 주세요. 이 경로는 인앱 삭제가 불가능한 경우를 위한 보조 수단입니다.

90일 미접속 자동 삭제

마지막 로그인 후 90일 동안 접속하지 않으면 계정과 모든 캐릭터 데이터가 복구할 수 없도록 영구 삭제됩니다.
삭제 후 연동했던 이메일·Google·Apple 계정 또는 같은 기기로 다시 접속해도 기존 데이터는 복구되지 않으며 새로운 계정이 생성됩니다. 계정을 유지하려면 90일 안에 한 번 이상 로그인해 주세요.

삭제되는 데이터 · 보관 기간

데이터처리
계정 식별자 (기기 UUID · Google 계정 ID)즉시 삭제 — 이후 해당 기기·구글 계정으로 다시 접속하면 새 계정이 생성됩니다

결제 · 거래 기록「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」에 따라 5년 보관 (현재 게임 내 유료 결제가 없어 해당 기록은 존재하지 않습니다)

법령상 보관 의무가 있는 기록은 회원님을 식별할 수 있는 정보(이메일 · 기기 UUID · Google 계정 ID)가 모두 제거된 상태로만 남으며, 보관 기간이 지나면 자동으로 삭제됩니다.

Account & Data Deletion

Nexvarn (developer: Nexvarn / mobidns)
You can delete your account from inside the game.
Open Nexvarn → Settings → Delete account → confirm.
Deletion runs the moment you confirm. There is no request to file and no approval to wait for.

How to delete your account

  1. Launch Nexvarn and enter the game.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account. (Telling us why you are leaving is optional.)
  4. Read the notice and tap Delete account once more. The account is deleted on the spot and you are returned to the login screen.

If you cannot reach the game at all — a lost device, for example — write to [email protected]. That route exists only for people who cannot use the in-app option.

Automatic deletion after 90 days inactive

If 90 days pass after your last login, your account and all character data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Signing in again with a previously linked email, Google or Apple account, or from the same device creates a new account; it does not restore deleted data. Sign in at least once every 90 days to keep your account.

Anything we are legally required to keep is kept only after every detail that identifies you — email, device UUID, Google account ID — has been stripped from it, and is deleted automatically once the retention period ends.
