계정 및 데이터 삭제

삭제 요청 방법

1. 제목에 "계정 삭제 요청 (Nexvarn)"이라고 적어 [email protected]으로 이메일을 보냅니다.
2. 본인 확인을 위해 다음 중 하나를 함께 적어 주세요:
   • Google 계정으로 로그인한 경우: 해당 Google 이메일 주소
   • 게스트로 플레이한 경우: 게임 내 캐릭터 이름
3. 요청을 접수하면 본인 확인 후 계정과 데이터를 삭제하고 완료를 회신합니다.

삭제되는 데이터 · 보관 기간

데이터	처리

이메일 주소 (Google 로그인 시)	계정과 함께 삭제
캐릭터 · 게임 진행 데이터 (레벨, 인벤토리 등)	계정과 함께 삭제
채팅 메시지	계정과 함께 삭제
보안 · 부정행위 방지 로그	남용 방지·법적 의무를 위해 최대 90일 보관 후 자동 삭제

결제 내역이 없으므로 결제 관련 보관 데이터는 없습니다.

To delete your Nexvarn account and associated data, email [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request (Nexvarn)". Include your Google email (if you signed in with Google) or your in-game character name (if you played as a guest) so we can verify you. Upon verification we permanently delete your account identifier (device UUID / Google account ID), email, character and gameplay data, and chat messages within 30 business days. Security / anti-abuse logs are retained for up to 90 days for fraud prevention and legal obligations, then automatically deleted. There are no purchases and thus no payment data retained.
